Can I custom my scrub with name?Yes. Fill your name request in name-embroidery section in your order. Strictly for 1-line ONLY.

Can I custom my scrub with logos?Sure, but with add-on for each logo starting from RM15 and above. Kindly contact our customer service (010-2145524), and our team will assist you further for logo's placement and payment.

Can I asked for any font on my embroidery?No. But our team will make sure your scrubs look nice and cool.

Is it true that I will received my top with OSLO logo?Yes. All scrubs got OSLO's logo on right-sleeve. Feel free to take selfie with them and tag us on social media ><

Where do you ship to?We covered shipping all over Malaysia.

How long does it take to ship out my order?Estimate in 7 days for your ready-stock order to ship-out. Pre-order item may take 10-14 days based on order's queue, and we make every effort to fulfill customer orders ASAP.

Is self-collect is available?For now, self-collect is not available.

Why I did not receive my parcel after a month?Oppsss, Kindly contact our customer service (010-2145524) for help. We will re-confirm again with our shipping's courier.

Can I cancel my order?Since your order has been confirmed and paid, you cannot cancel your order.

Can I request for a refund for my order?Since our scrubs are pre-order, your scrubs are not eligible for returns and refund. Please confirm your size and colour before checking out the order. We only accept for exchange based on cases (received wrong size/colour). Kindly contact our customer service (010-2145524) for help.
